At Pristine Edge Cleaning Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cleaning services to all our clients. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will arrange a free re-clean of the affected areas to meet the agreed standard.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • A re-clean was offered but refused, and

  • There is clear evidence that the service did not meet the agreed scope of work as stated in the booking confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You did not provide access to the property at the agreed time.

  • Additional cleaning requests were made outside the agreed booking without additional payment.

  • Dissatisfaction is reported more than 24 hours after service completion.

  • Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be cleaned through standard methods.

4. Deposits

For certain bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

5. Processing Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method
