1. Introduction

 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our cleaning services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

We provide professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • End of tenancy cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

  • Commercial cleaning

  • Specialist stain removal

3. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.

  • By booking with us, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices for our services are listed on our website or provided in a quotation.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to or on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved payment methods.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

  • If we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule at no extra cost.

6. Access to Premises

  • You are responsible for providing us with safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee or cancel the booking.

7. Service Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will arrange a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that may be damaged due to poor condition.

  • We are not liable for the loss of items unless proven to be a direct result of our negligence.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

9. Insurance

We are fully insured for public liability and employer’s liability. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request.

10. Health & Safety

We follow UK health and safety regulations when delivering our services. You agree to inform us of any health or safety hazards at the property prior to the start of the service.

11. Website Use

  • You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

  • You may not use our website in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

  • All content on this website is owned by Pristine Edge Cleaning Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the “Last updated” date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
